process allows an
initial download of a set of
data selected by the recipient
- for example, the
current prices of a portfolio of stocks - which is automatically
updated as individual items change, for example when a stock price
moves. The process is not restricted to financial data; it applies
to any type of changing data, for example sports results, gambling
and gaming data and travel information. The company has identified
over twenty five markets, and the process is independent of the
types of mobile telecommunications network. The process is patent
protected in the US and UK and is patent pending in Europe. The
existing patents became effective in 2000 and remain in force until
2020.
